Freakviral is a creative tool. Like any tool, it's powerful when used right. Here's how we expect you to use it.
It's entertainment, not deception
The videos you create are meant to be entertaining, funny, and engaging. They're skits — not evidence. Never present your content as real screenshots or genuine conversations with the intent to mislead or harm someone.
Don't impersonate real people
Creating content that makes it look like a real, identifiable person said something they didn't is not okay. Public figures, private individuals — the rule is the same. Parody is fine when it's clearly parody. Deception is not.
No harassment, no hate
Don't use Freakviral to bully, harass, threaten, or target anyone. Don't create content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination. This should be obvious.
Respect platform rules
When you post your videos on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or anywhere else, you're also subject to their community guidelines. We encourage you to know and follow those rules. Getting banned isn't viral.
Keep it legal
Don't use the Service for anything illegal — fraud, defamation, scams, or anything that would make a lawyer uncomfortable. If you wouldn't show it to a judge, don't post it.
We can take action
If we find content that violates these guidelines, we may remove it, suspend your account, or take other appropriate action. We don't want to — but we will.
