By accessing or using Freakviral ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Freakviral is a creative tool that allows users to generate animated iMessage-style conversation videos for content creation and entertainment purposes. The Service provides video templates, customization tools, and export capabilities.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that impersonates real individuals with intent to deceive or harm
• Produce content that constitutes harassment, threats, or hate speech
• Generate content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Distribute content as authentic screenshots or conversations to mislead others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant Freakviral a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Freakviral and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

7. Subscription & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Freakviral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
